Dr. Peter Ssenyonga engages with a patient in Mombasa, Kenya

Every year, 400,000 children are diagnosed with hydrocephalus, with an additional 100,000 infants undiagnosed. Today, September 20, on World Hydrocephalus Day, we take a moment to celebrate their lives and the lives of their caregivers.  We are honored to work alongside the organizations and people who have chosen to treat, care, and advocate for these children and their families. We will not stop working until every child on the planet is protected from the complications of hydrocephalus.
