Kurt Ling

Kurt Ling is a principal at Posh+Lavish. He also serves as a shepherd to NeuroKids. 

His vast work experience spans from being a brand manager at Maytag Appliances to Vice President of Beautyrest at Simmons. Mr. Ling has been a founder of two mattress companies and an experienced design firm. He has collaborated on many projects with various organizations over three decades with his favorite titled “Leave no stone unturned.” Mr. Ling is as comfortable working in an office in Atlanta as he is in a coffee shop 5000 miles around the globe.

Mr. Ling has been featured in Fast Company’s list of the Top 50 Dreamers and Doers and in Fortune Magazine. He has served on multiple boards including small and large companies in addition to small and large nonprofits. He has also served in board advisory roles and regularly leads ideation and innovation strategy workshops. 

Kurt Ling graduated from Iowa State University in 1986.
